Does anyone know anything about the upcoming Argent Tournament? I think it looks pretty stupid lore-wise, having a big training exercise right under the Lich King's nose? That's like a Cold War era US planning military operations outside the Kremlin.

In terms of gameplay I wonder how it'll go. I've read about a few dailies on WoWInsider.

Yeah it's a FoS. It wasn't like Naxx is hard though, even with Sunwell gear.

The tier 7 realm firsts were really just who could level the fastest.

You're realm must of been quite slow then had everything cleared by the time you started naxxramas, the fos's on our server at the time went on 15/11th though

Cleared it the day after him, and I powerleveled to 80 with no guild - and the guild that I did join when I hit 80 was slow at leveling.

Realm first naxx went down when I was questing in storm peaks so I think i was around 78, ghostlands eu.

it´s a pretty decent realm, my guild has almost downed 3 drakes, so twilight vanquisher soon.

My most time consuming title I have at the moment is Ambassador.

our gm just posted in the office on the forum saying hes leaving wow due to work and wants to know if the officers want to run the guild or not, our gm was fantastic, really good in leading all the members, so officers feel like it won't be the same.

so our guild is most likely disabanding tonight/tomorrow, on patch day. i'm not hugely bothered as i'm pretty casual at the moment but i would like to be in a good guild that does 25man raids.

My guild's only missing the 25-man achievements now, we've all got plagued proto-drakes, and got so bored with Naxx and Sarth we started farming old content lol. Three people in our guild now have the pheonix mount from Tempest Keep, hehe.

Can't wait for Ulduar though, we're all pumped to get the achievements there and get one of those Rusty Proto-Drakes.

On the other hand, my farming for the TLPD is still going on, and solo-ing ZG still hasn't landed me a tiger mount yet.

Oh I dread the Immortal achievement, we just started grinding all the achievements about a month ago and it's the one thing that held us back from getting our protodrake due to KT randomly screwing someone over. *shakefist* I hate KT... drop my damn Turning Tide too you bastard!

Now I'm just twiddling my thumbs until the American realms are up. Curse these extended maintences!

I should be doing my portfolio, but for some reason I'm on here counting down 2 hours? HOW SAD! It's not like I'm any good on WoW, and I wouldn't know what to spend my talent points in anyway.. hmm

Got duel spec for my druid last night. It's pretty sweet. This means I can heal and boomkin DPS. I'll find groups for heroics now in like 2 seconds. my guild ran Ulduar 10 last night and were doing well but I guess the trash in there is pretty heavy?

Yes, the trash actually makes you work for once, as opposed to just grouping it all up and AOE'ing the hell out of it.

We went in late last night after the instance servers had sorted themselves out, we down three bosses on Ten-man.

EDIT: Anyone thought of getting one of those Fingerprint statue things done? Considering it but they're hella expensive including Shipping. And look crap if you don't have decent looking gear

still working on getting my boomkin geared. only have like 5 epic pieces and already doing 2.2k dps lol

People underestimate boomkins, man. Not only do they help a lot raidwide (buffs/sp+buff and debuff), I'm usually third or fourth in damage on 25 mans at 2.6k dps (2.8-3k if we're doing aoe mobs :p) and I'm all epic'd out. Dual speccing is so nice, I've been healing a lot of raids too so I'm getting geared in both respecs. Getting good vibes from this (kinda buggy) patch already

Yeah, that's the thing I like about them so much!

Like, with my rogue, I can get 2.4-2.5k dps with mutilate spec and have the 7.5 chest and 7 head piece and 7 legs, so i'm not getting the that extra umph from the set bonus and then with my boomkin, with only 5 epic pieces and none of them being that great, i'm already shoveling out 2.1-2.2k DPS. gotta love 'em.

I did on average 4.3k DPS on XT-002 ELMO tonight in 25 man on my shammy. What a fun fight. We wiped loads, and changed co-ordination about 12 times lol.

Fresh reset this week, and no ten mans taking up actually raid times.

Bring on Algalon lol.

I edited my Omen Lua so that no no no no is the over agro sound xD
I'm rocking about 4-6k dps depending on boss and raid buffs.

So after a very slow starting week for our guild we finished on Auriaya after only really starting 25 man on Sunday.

so i said last time that our guild was going down the plug hole the day before the patch, that wasn't strictly true. we spent the week in Uldular and got 8 bosses down.

I got one of the val'anyr shards from iron council which i'm happy about. but our guildmaster stopped playing yesterday and some of the officers left so the guild isn't raiding anymore. however, i maybe joining a friends guild (who has cleared 25man uldular) as a casual raider and i spoke to one of the officers who said i would be able to complete my mace after their priest has (he has 3 shards already)

My guild is truly fail.. I went to the 10 man the other day and got 2 or 3 bosses down (i can't remember, got a belt).. anyways, I havent been online for raiding times recently so I have only been to 1 25 man.
This was last night, I had forgotten to sign up, so after they did VoA I filled in for a dps shaman who had to go afk for an hour or so. I got in there knowing the tactics to the boss as I'd done it in 10 man.. but after an hour of where I hadn't died unless I was asked to (was running when i had the light bomb etc.. blah blah), and I was creating pretty average dps, I dunno like 3.1k (wasn't the highest or lowest).. but when the shaman returned I was asked to leave. Although I understood that I hadn't signed up and I had filled in.. I was quite aggravated that someone who was shit and not doing as they were told wasn't asked to leave instead of me :/ - meh.

in the end they only got razorwhatever dragon down
