SD card question

this is going to sound really weird/stupid but once you delete images off an SD card, there's no way of getting them back right? it is urgent that we establish this. i'm paranoid someone has done it lol.

There is software/companies that can attempt to retrieve deleted files, but it's not guaranteed.

it depends.

if you take a load of photos, then delete them, you can retrieve them if theyre the last photos that were taken on the sd card. if you delete the photos then take some more photos, you cant retrieve the deleted ones.

or at least thats my understanding of the situation from when i accidently deleted some photos.

they can definitely be retrieved if theyre the last photos they were taken on the sd card, as i retrieved some when i accidently deleted the photos from one of the messiest/best nights ive ever had haha

I don't know whether you've managed to get them back, but Recuva usually works and it's free.
