Windows 7 Visual Styles Help

ok so i want to change the theme on my laptop, so i downloaded some Universal Theme Patcher which loads of site told me to, i patched the 3 files with it, and then downloaded some themes, the main reason im doing this is to change my taskbar.

But every theme i install and go to use only changes my windows and buttons etc the taskbar remains the same, although changed colour a little.. any ideas??
