probably my favourite show right now, so friggin funny, each character is hilarious and unique in their own way, mike the situation is a funny guy i totally get his humour, and at the end of the day its like everyones reppin' you know being italian, friends, family, hair gel, tanning, everything

I watched every episode within like 3 days.

So far I've realized:
- I do not love The Situation. In fact, he reminds me of someone I know and don't like at all.
- They say the word 'situation' way too much
- I want to eat fried pickles
- Sammi is an idiot

I didn't realise Mike and Paul were like 27/28. But then I find it even harder to believe Angelina, Jenni, Sammi and Snooki are like 21-23, time has not been kind to them.

I'd like to think I have a pretty high tolerance for trashy television shows, but this one doesn't have the redeemable quality of being "so bad it's good." It's just disgusting. You have a show like "The Real World," which I'm not saying is a good show, but at least it follows a formula (or tries to) of having a bunch of different individuals living together and seeing what conflicts arise out of that. On "Jersey Shore," all of these people are the same from each other, so whenever there's supposed to be a conflict or something interesting it just appears as the most one-dimensional conflict you can find.
I've watched snippets of a few episodes this season and all they talk about is how one meathead keeps fooling around behind some other girl's back. I don't know why this is supposed to be entertainment, but it's just boring.

Then their whole talk about bringing girls home and calling them "grenades." It's sad. I know this show is scripted to the max but I think other reality shows do a better job of bringing a guilty pleasure factor.

At least they're contributing to society by working on the show. Providing the world with gelato.
