what is it and has anyone ever done it?

18 "holes" (or pubs/drinks). Basically each drink has a par. I.e. a par 4 you'd have to down the drink in 4. You have a scorecard and shit and the person with the lowest score wins.

When I played it I got 18 hole in ones (one of the drinks was water) and spewed at about the 14th hole. It's not a very nice game!

Oh yeah we had extra rules too. Like no going to the toilet in certain pubs and pull a random in the last club.

When I played, the person whos birthday it was was allowed to shout 'FORE' whilst we were walking between pubs, and then the last person to crouch down with their hands on their head had to do an extra drink in the next pub i think.

This. Although Gary, if there's a lot of people going you should get the girl to go round all of the pubs beforehand and negociate some drinks deals. They're usually willing to do it if they're gonna get guaranteed customers.
